Data Deletion

You can delete your Velora account and data yourself at any time, or ask us to do it for you. You can also disconnect a single connected platform (such as YouTube or TikTok) without deleting your account.

Delete Your Account

  1. Sign in and open Settings → Security → Delete Account.
  2. Enter your username, type the confirmation phrase, and choose a reason (“Prefer not to say” is always an option).
  3. Confirm. Deletion takes effect immediately and you are signed out.

What Is Removed

  • Your profile: username, display name, bio, avatar, banner and profile links.
  • Your sign-in credentials and stream key. Any live stream is ended.
  • Connected platform authorizations, including YouTube and TikTok access tokens, and your Discord and Fourthwall connections.
  • Your channel’s clips, emotes, overlays and brand settings.
  • Follows, blocks, team memberships and Editor+ editor access in both directions.

What We Keep

Payment and payout records, along with the email address tied to them, are kept for as long as tax and financial law requires. They are not shown publicly and are not used for anything else. Any remaining balance is forfeited at deletion, as described in our Terms of Service.

Videos already published to YouTube, TikTok or another platform belong to your account on that platform. Deleting your Velora account does not remove them; delete them there.

Disconnect a Connected Platform Only

Disconnect YouTube from Settings → VODs & YouTube, and TikTok from Settings → Integrations. We delete the stored access tokens for that platform right away.

You can also remove Velora’s access from the platform’s own settings:

Removing access on the platform’s side stops Velora from using it. To also have us erase what we stored for it, disconnect in Velora or email us.

Request Deletion by Email

If you can’t sign in, email legal@velora.tv from the address on your account with your username. We verify that the request comes from the account owner, then complete the deletion and confirm by email, normally within 30 days.
