Velora.tv is operated by Legendre Media Inc, a Delaware corporation. For the purposes of applicable data protection laws, Legendre Media Inc is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

Account Information

• Subscription Data: Payment information (processed through Stripe)
• Preferences: Streaming settings, dashboard configurations

YouTube Integration

• YouTube Account Access: When you connect your YouTube account, we access:
  • Channel information (name, subscriber count, upload permissions)
  • Video metadata for upload management
  • Upload history for your Velora streams
• OAuth Tokens: Securely stored to manage your YouTube integration
• Upload Activity: Records of streams uploaded to your YouTube channel

Streaming Data

• Stream Content: Live stream recordings, chat messages, viewer interactions
• Analytics: Viewer counts, engagement metrics, streaming duration
• Technical Data: Stream quality settings, connection information

Creator Tax Information

If you are a creator receiving payouts, we collect tax information as required by U.S. tax law:

• U.S. Creators (W-9): Legal name, address, taxpayer identification number (SSN or EIN)
• International Creators (W-8BEN): Legal name, country of citizenship, permanent address, foreign tax identification number

This information is collected, stored securely with encryption, and used solely for tax compliance purposes including the generation of IRS Form 1099-NEC. Tax documents are issued by Legendre Media Inc.

Cookies & Local Storage

Velora uses only the cookies and local storage that are strictly necessary to operate the platform — to keep you logged in, secure your account, and remember your preferences. We do not use advertising cookies, third-party tracking cookies, or cross-site behavioral trackers, and we do not share your browsing activity with advertising networks. Because these technologies are essential to providing the service you request, they are exempt from consent requirements under the EU/UK ePrivacy Directive (Art. 5(3)) and the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA).

Essential Cookies We Set

• Session & Authentication: Keep you securely signed in (JSON Web Tokens and refresh tokens). Without these, you cannot stay logged in.
• Trusted Device (Two-Factor Authentication): When you choose “remember this device” during two-factor login, we set a secure cookie so you are not prompted for a code on every visit.
• Security: Protect against cross-site request forgery and detect suspicious account activity.

Local Storage

We use your browser’s local storage to remember interface and player preferences (such as volume, layout, theme, and dashboard settings) so the platform works the way you left it. This data stays in your browser and is not used to track you across other websites.

Your Choices

You can clear or block cookies and local storage at any time through your browser settings. Because our cookies are essential, blocking them may prevent you from logging in or using core features, but it will not subject you to any advertising or tracking, since we do not engage in either.

Information Sharing and Third-Party Services

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may share information in certain limited circumstances, such as to comply with legal requirements or protect our rights.

YouTube Integration & Google API Services

Velora’s use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google Privacy Policy.

• Connect/Disconnect: Link or unlink your YouTube account at any time from your Velora dashboard settings.
• Data Control: We only upload content you create through Velora.
• Content Control: Manage uploaded videos directly in your YouTube account.
• Revoking Access: You can revoke Velora’s access to your Google account data at any time by visiting your Google security settings page. Revoking access will prevent Velora from uploading new VODs to your YouTube channel but will not affect previously uploaded content.
• Deleting Stored Data: You can request deletion of all YouTube-related data we store (OAuth tokens, upload records) by contacting us at legal@velora.tv or by disconnecting your YouTube account in your dashboard settings, which immediately deletes your stored OAuth tokens.
• Authorization Tokens: We store YouTube/Google OAuth authorization tokens only for as long as necessary to provide the VOD upload service you have authorized. Tokens are used solely for the purposes you consented to (uploading stream recordings to your YouTube channel). Tokens are deleted when you disconnect your YouTube account or revoke access via Google security settings.

Other Third-Party Services

• Stripe: Payment processing (subject to Stripe’s privacy policy)
• Cloudflare: Content delivery and security (subject to Cloudflare’s privacy policy)

We measure platform performance using our own first-party metrics. We do not embed third-party advertising or analytics trackers (such as Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or data brokers) on Velora.

We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

• Do Not Sell or Share: We do not sell or share your personal information, and we never have. There is nothing to opt out of because no such activity occurs.

Age Requirement & Children’s Privacy

Velora is intended only for adults aged 18 and older. You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account or use the platform. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we learn that we have collected personal information from a person under 18, we will delete that information and terminate the associated account.

Because our service is restricted to adults, it is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 within the meaning of the U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA). If you believe a person under 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us at legal@velora.tv so we can take appropriate action.
