These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of Velora.tv and related services (collectively, the “Service”) operated by Legendre Media Inc, a Delaware corporation (“Company”, “we”, “us”, or “our”).

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Velora, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

Description of Service

Velora is a comprehensive live streaming platform designed for creators who want to build their brand across multiple platforms. Our service provides professional-grade streaming tools, audience engagement features, and seamless integrations with major platforms.

Core Features

• Live Streaming: High-quality streaming with professional tools
• Multi-Platform Distribution: Stream to multiple platforms simultaneously
• Interactive Chat: Real-time audience engagement
• VOD Storage: Automatically save recordings to your connected YouTube channel
• Analytics Dashboard: Comprehensive streaming metrics

YouTube Integration

• Our primary VOD storage utilizes YouTube’s platform
• Stream recordings are automatically uploaded to your connected YouTube channel
• You maintain full ownership and control of your YouTube content
• You can manage your YouTube content directly through YouTube

Third-Party Services

Our service integrates with the following third-party platforms:

• YouTube’s Terms of Service (for integrated features)
• Stripe’s Terms of Service (for payment processing)
• CloudFlare’s Terms of Service (for content delivery)

By using these integrations, you agree to comply with the respective terms of service of these platforms.

YouTube Integration Terms

When you connect your YouTube account to Velora:

• You grant us permission to upload stream recordings to your YouTube channel
• You authorize us to upload content to your YouTube account
• You retain full ownership of all content uploaded to your YouTube channel
• You can disconnect your YouTube account at any time
• Disconnecting will not affect previously uploaded content

YouTube Compliance

• YouTube integration is subject to Google’s Terms of Service
• Content must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines
• Our use of YouTube APIs complies with Google’s Developer Terms
• We respect YouTube’s data usage and privacy policies

User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for all content you stream or upload
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• You may not stream content that infringes on others’ rights
• You may not use the service for illegal or harmful activities
• You must respect the terms of service of integrated platforms (YouTube, etc.)
• You are responsible for managing your connected accounts and their content

User-Generated Content (Sounds & Stickers)

All sounds, stickers, and media uploaded through the Sounds & Stickers feature constitute user-generated content. Uploaders are solely responsible for ensuring their content complies with all applicable laws, including but not limited to copyright, trademark, and obscenity laws. Velora does not pre-screen uploaded content and assumes no liability for user-generated media. By uploading content, you represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to distribute the content and that it does not infringe upon the rights of any third party.

Content Rating Compliance

Creators are required to assign an accurate content rating (G, PG, PG-13, or R) to each uploaded sound or sticker. Content containing sexual, suggestive, or explicit language or themes must be rated R. Deliberately misclassifying content ratings may result in removal of the content, temporary suspension, or permanent enforcement action against your account. Velora reserves the right to reclassify content ratings at its sole discretion.

Content Guidelines

All content must comply with our community guidelines and the guidelines of integrated platforms. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines or applicable laws. Repeated violations may result in account suspension.

Platform-Specific Guidelines

• Content uploaded to YouTube must comply with YouTube’s Community Guidelines
• Streaming content must be appropriate for the intended audience
• No copyright infringement or unauthorized use of protected content
• No harassment, hate speech, or harmful content
• No slurs or racist, sexist, homophobic, or transphobic content in uploaded sounds, stickers, or associated messages. Violations will result in permanent ban.

Platform Branding & Cross-Platform Distribution

Velora supports and encourages multi-platform content distribution (“multistreaming”). Users may simultaneously broadcast content to Velora and other streaming platforms, and may reference their presence on other platforms within their content.

Notwithstanding the foregoing, Users shall not utilize Velora accounts, profiles, or platform features primarily or exclusively for the purpose of advertising, promoting, or redirecting users to competing streaming services. Accounts determined to exist solely as promotional vehicles for competing platforms, rather than for the creation and distribution of original content on Velora, may be subject to enforcement action including warnings, content removal, or account termination.

Profile Branding Requirements: Where User profile elements (including but not limited to profile banners, avatars, and customizable graphics) display branding, logos, or promotional materials of competing streaming platforms, Users must ensure that Velora branding is represented with comparable prominence and visibility. Failure to comply with this requirement may result in enforcement action as described in these Terms and our Community Guidelines.

Profile Canvas Restrictions: The Profile Canvas feature is provided for creative expression and community engagement purposes. Use of the Profile Canvas to advertise, promote, or display branding for competing streaming platforms is expressly prohibited. Velora reserves the right to remove Profile Canvas content that violates this provision without prior notice.

Payment Terms

Subscription fees are processed through Stripe and are subject to our pricing terms. All payments are non-refundable unless required by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time.

Creator Payouts and Tax Compliance

If you receive payouts as a creator on Velora, you agree to provide accurate tax information as required by U.S. tax law. This includes:

• U.S. Creators: Form W-9 information (legal name, address, taxpayer identification number)
• International Creators: Form W-8BEN information (name, country of residence, foreign tax identification number if applicable)

Tax documents, including IRS Form 1099-NEC for qualifying U.S. payments, will be issued by Legendre Media Inc. You are responsible for reporting all earnings to the appropriate tax authorities.

Limitation of Liability

Velora shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages resulting from your use of the service. This includes any issues with third-party integrations such as YouTube uploads or payment processing.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account at any time for violations of these terms or for any other reason we deem appropriate. Upon termination, your access to integrated services may be revoked, but previously uploaded content to your own accounts (like YouTube) will remain yours.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or platform notifications. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
