Do you train AI models on my streams?

No. Velora does not train AI models on your livestreams, VODs, clips, chat, or voice. We do not sell or license that content to anyone else to train on, and we do not permit our partners to. It is the default and the only setting.

Do you own my content?

Accepted Answer

No. Your streams are yours. You choose where a recording goes: uploaded to a YouTube channel you own, packaged as a Direct Download emailed to you as a private link valid for 72 hours, or not kept at all, which is the default.

What is the revenue split on Velora.tv?

Accepted Answer

70% to the creator on subscriptions and gifted subscriptions, and 100% to the creator on Volts. 1 Volt is $0.01 and 100 Volts is $1.

Question 4

What do I have to hit to get monetized on Velora.tv?

Accepted Answer

Nothing. There is no Affiliate program, no follower threshold, no watch-hour requirement, and no application. Everyone can earn from day one, and monetization is not required in order to stream.

What protocols and codecs does Velora.tv support?

Accepted Answer

WHIP (WebRTC) is recommended and RTMP is fully supported. Use H.264 via x264, NVENC, AMF, QSV, or Apple VideoToolbox. Resolutions up to 1440p at a maximum of 10,000 kbps.

Does Velora.tv transcode my stream?

Accepted Answer

No. We do not re-encode your video, so viewers get what you sent rather than a copy of a copy. Viewers still get quality options through Simulcast, where your encoder sends several quality layers at once and we route the right one to each viewer.

Can I stream to Velora and another platform at the same time?

Accepted Answer

Yes, multistreaming is allowed. We ask that you give your Velora chat, audience, and profile the same attention you give any other platform you are live on.
